HGV Class 1 Tramping Driver– Oxfordshire (UK Wide Travel Required)

16.50 per hour + overtime + benefits – Full–time, permanent

The Role

You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of specialist equipment and plant across the UK. This is a tramping role, so nights out will be required. Working on flatbed deliveries, you'll play a key part in ensuring goods reach customer sites on time and in excellent condition.

Your day–to–day duties will include:

Operating HGV Class 1 vehicles to deliver goods nationwideSafely securing loads using ratchet strapsCompleting pre– and post–trip vehicle checksAccurate record keeping and paperworkCommunicating with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery schedulesProviding excellent customer service when representing the company on client sitesAbout You

The successful candidate will be:

A qualified HGV Class 1 Driver with valid CPCConfident in securing loads and handling plant equipmentReliable, professional, and committed to safetyFlexible to work nights out and occasional weekendsAble to work independently and as part of a teamDesirable (but not essential):

Experience with wagon & dragCSCS card (training can be provided)What's On Offer
