Description
Thrive – Bolton are currently looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team.
Hours: Shifts across a 24–hour operation, Monday to Sunday (10am starts and onwards). 11–hour shifts on average.
Pay Rates (2 payment options):
PAYE: 155 per day midweek, 173 per day on weekendsRolled up: 170 per day midweek, 190 per day on weekendsLocation: w, WA4.
Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate.
The role:
As part of a 24/7 operation, you'll be trunking trailers for major parcel companies.Covering routes mostly from the Northwest to Nuneaton/Rugby and Dundee etc.Flexible start times advance bookings.Average 11–hour shifts.Ongoing work with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.Requirements:
Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E).Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.Minimum of 1 year proven experience driving the relevant vehicle (however, assessments available for those will less and is considered on a case by case basis).Maximum of 6 penalty points on your driving licence (minor offences only).Ability to work efficiently on long–haul runs.Reliable, professional, and committed to high safety standardsFull understanding of WTD legislation.Excellent communication skills.Benefits:
