Description
Rapier Employment are currently recruiting for Class 1 drivers (tramping) to join our well-established client in Abingdon. This role has opportunities to be temp to perm for the right candidate.This is a great opportunity for new passes or experienced drivers, but this role requires nights out Monday to Friday. Majority of the time nights out will be required. On the odd occasion, you may be required to come back to the yard with no night out.Working shifts are Monday to Friday. You may be asked to work an odd weekend during busy weeks. Pay from GBP17.00 per hour. You will typically be working a 45 hour week. About the role:Customer service - Deliver, install and recover products from a variety of sitesPaperwork - Be able to maintain accurate paperwork/electronic recordsOperate equipment - Ability to operative heavy equipment (crane) or willing to be trainedTeamwork - Able to work as part of a team and have good interpersonal skillsHand tools - Knowledge of hand tools is beneficial for this roleCompany policies - Must be able to adhere to Health & Safety procedures and rulesFlexibility - Be able to work a flexible schedule when requireAbout you:Valid Class 1 (C+E) LicenceValid driver qualification cardValid tachograph cardFlexibility towards working scheduleIf you think you'd be a good fit for the role, or would like to discuss the possibility of joining, please contact the Rapier Didcot branch.Rapier Employment is an equal opportunities employer.
