Job Overview
We are currently seeking Vehicle Delivery Drivers to join our clients team based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting vehicles to various locations/customers in a timely manner.
Location: Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire
Pay Rate: GBP12.71 per hour
WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CANDIDATES WITH MORE THAN 5 POINTS ON THEIR LICENCE
Responsibilities
– Drive various makes/models of vehicles to customers and businesses.
– Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of vehicles.
– Complete pre/post vehicle checks for damage/abnormalities.
– Perform basic maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle pre–delivery/post–collection.
Qualifications
– Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role would be advantageous.
– Valid full UK driving licence.
– Ability to drive both automatic/manual vehicles, both petrol and electric.
– Excellent communication skills
This is a customer facing role, therefore excellent customer service skills are essential along with being fluent in both written/spoken English.
