Connect Appointments is recruiting a Bakery Retail Assistant to join a busy, well–loved bakery based in Whitburn.

Our client operates a popular bakery retail outlet, requiring a reliable and customer–focused individual to support the smooth running of the shop across a flexible part–time rota.

What's on offer?

Ongoing temporary position24 hours per week – shifts allocated based on the needs of the businessShifts run as full days or half days between 7:30am and 3pm 12.75 per hour – paid weeklyPlease Note: Shifts are weighted toward the end of the week, with flexibility required for holiday and absence cover.

As a Bakery Retail Assistant, your duties will include:

Welcoming customers and delivering a friendly, attentive service throughout every visitHandling cash and processing transactions accuratelyRotating stock and taking in deliveriesMaintaining a clean, tidy and well–presented shop environment throughout the shiftTo be considered as a Bakery Retail Assistant, you will need:
