7.5T Driver

Description

Search Consultancy are recruiting a 7.5t tipper driver for our client in Carrington. This is a varied role driving a 7.5t tipper vehicle on behalf of a major construction company based in Carrington. This a temporary to permanent position that will become full time after a successful qualifying period.

The job entails driving a gang to & from site & transporting tarmac. The driver will be expected to support the gang on site when not delivering. Previous experience working with Tarmac would be highly beneficial.

The Job

The job will be mainly Monday to Friday (Apply online only)

Shift lengths around 8/9 hours on average.

Willing to support the gang on site when you are not driving.

Regular overtime available on weekends – paid at an enhanced rate

Rates of Pay

The client offers a minimum 8 hours of guaranteed pay per day The rates are below:

17.50 ph Monday to Friday

26.25 ph Saturday

35.00 ph Sunday

Driver Requirements

– HGV 7.5t (cat c1) entitlement with at least 6 months experience

– Ideally you will hold a valid CSCS card

– CPPC & Digital Tachograph card
