We have an exciting opportunity for a Engineering and Technical Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team based in London Bridge.

As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be given responsibility and opportunity to develop your own clients from the companies database building relations and achieving company goals. Through success you will be given the opportunity to quickly progress in to a senior level and help to company grow the recruitment side of the business. Previous recruitment or sales experience is not essential as we will provide one to one training and you will receive all of the tools necessary to be successful within the company and achieve your goals, as well as becoming experts within the area which you will be recruiting. As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be responsible for:

Relationship building and communicating with both clients and candidates

Working from in house company database and developing accounts

Advertising and Marketing job vacancies

Resourcing & Headhunting for candidates who meet your clients’ needs

Negotiating fees

Managing job offers

Closing deals

A graduate in any subject - ideally in an Engineering/Technical subject but not essential.
