Client & Candidate Management: Deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and place candidates while negotiating terms and ensuring satisfaction.

Market Insight: Stay ahead of local labour trends and use insights to shape your desk strategy.

Experienced Professional: Proven success in recruitment and B2B sales.

Relationship Builder: Confident, persuasive, and skilled at developing strong rapport with clients and candidates.
