£32,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | OTE Year 1: £35,000-£42,000

The Role:

Recruit teachers and school support staff for London schools

Source, screen, and place candidates into roles

Build lasting relationships with schools, headteachers, and education professionals

Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles for clients

Hit achievable targets and earn commission on every placement

Develop market expertise and become a trusted recruitment partner in education

We're Looking For:

Consistent work history showing progression and commitment (no jumpy CVs)

Experience in sales, customer service, education, or hospitality is highly valued

Graduates are preferred, especially those who worked alongside their studies, but not essential

Confident communicators who are resilient, ambitious, and driven by results

Strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for education and people development
