Recruitment Consultant – Construction, M&E, Industrial or Driving

Salary up to £40K (DOE), possibly a bit more for a superstar !!

My Client is an established Recruitment organisation who have offices across the country, and have a great reputation.

They are currently seeking to expand their established team in the Brighton area, with the addition of a another Consutlant, due to their successes !!

Key duties and responsibilities include;

Developing new business through cold calling and self-marketing,

Liaising with potential candidates on a regular basis in order to allocate them to opportunities,

Providing a consistently high level of customer service,

Actively searching for strong candidates through a variety of methods,

Managing a growing portfolio of clients, successfully assessing their needs.

Essential skills;

Experience of Construction, M&E, Industrial or Driving recruitment, minimum of 12 months

A proven track record of strong billings

A friendly, yet competitive nature

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask

Currently UK Driving Licence and access to a car
