HR Business Partner (Part Time) | £37,280 (FTE)

Kirkby In Ashfield | 20/23 Hours A Week

1 full day 8am-4pm and 2 shorter days 8am - 3:30pm (Friday is mandatory for HR meeting)

Term Time Hours/days also considered | 3-4 days a week (Friday is mandatory for HR meeting)

This role will see you partner with a cluster of businesses, delivering a first-class HR service and providing trusted advice on a wide range of employment matters. You will act as a key point of contact for managers and staff, offering guidance on policy, employment law, and complex casework including absence, disciplinary and grievance processes. What we're looking for:

Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Practice (or equivalent)

Have up-to-date knowledge of employment law

Bring proven experience of complex case management

Demonstrate strong recruitment experience and excellent customer service within HR

Be confident, professional, and able to build positive working relationships across multiple sites
