Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Are you a hands-on, reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative with a strong background in carpentry? We're looking for someone like you to join our growing team, working on a wide range of projects across both the private and public sectors covering Bath, Bristol, Gloucester, Salisbury and the South Coast.

About the Role:

You'll be delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works – with a particular emphasis on first and second fix carpentry. Projects range from residential refurbishments to public buildings, offering variety, stability, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform a range of skilled tasks including carpentry, joinery, and general building works

* Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and complies with health & safety regulations

* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently

* Communicate with clients and team members to deliver excellent service

* Work independently or as part of a small team depending on the project

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven experience in carpentry (1st & 2nd fix essential)

* Additional skills in trades such as plumbing, plastering, tiling, or decorating – desirable

* Experience with domestic and commercial properties a bonus

* Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

* Full UK driving licence, no more than 3 points

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

* CSCS card an advantage

* Successful applicant will need a full DBS check before starting work
