Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily operations of mobile security teams across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

* Monitor and analyze CCTV footage to detect and prevent security breaches

* Conduct routine inspections to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions

* Develop and enforce loss prevention strategies to reduce theft and property damage

* Respond to alarms and incidents, lead investigations, and produce detailed incident reports

* Train and mentor staff in emergency response, safety protocols, and first aid procedures

* Collaborate with law enforcement and external agencies to enhance site security

Skills & Competencies:

* Surveillance techniques and loss prevention expertise

* Proficient in CCTV systems and monitoring equipment

* Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

* Calm and decisive under pressure

* Excellent communication and reporting skills

* Knowledge of first aid and emergency protocols

* Valid UK Driving Licence and SIA Licence
