Description
The HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department within the retail industry. This role, based in Hull, will focus on dealing with Employee Relations matters across the business.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established organisation within the retail industry. The company is a medium-sized business with approx 1300 employees and a strong commitment to operational excellence and employee support.
Description
Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Advise employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
Deal with employee relations matters over the phone, Teams and face to face when required
Working closely with the HRBP's with complex ER casework
Advise in line with HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Collaborating with the wider HR team
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
Have managed Employee Relations casework
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications. xjnqpsq
A CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable.Job Offer
Salary up to £35k
Fixed-term contract 12 months
Hybrid working Hull based 1-2 days per week
