Description

We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Basingstoke on a temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional with a strong background in Employee Relations (ER) casework to provide expert advice and support across the business.

You’ll report to the Employee Relations Specialist and play a key role in enabling managers to effectively handle a wide range of people matters.

Location: Basingstoke – Sovereign House, RG21 4FA

Contract: 2 months initially (with potential to extend)

Hours: 37 per week

Rate: £20.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a varied ER caseload, providing timely and practical advice to managers.

* Support the Employee Relations Specialist in delivering a high-quality advisory service.

* Use management information and trend analysis to support performance improvement.

* Collaborate across the People team to stay aligned with departmental priorities and initiatives.

* Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation and with external partners.

About You

* Proven experience in Employee Relations (ER) casework – essential

* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise managers.

* Strong analytical skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
