HR Advisor

Description

We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a short-term basis, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER). This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on HR environment, where you'll be the go-to person for all things ER.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be handling a wide range of ER casework, including:

Conducting investigations

Managing disciplinary and grievance processes

Supporting performance management cases

Handling absence management and related meetings

Contract Details:

Start date: Tuesday 23rd September

End date: Friday 31st October, possibly longer

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (some flexibility possible)

Location: Office-based, Dartford, on-site parking

Pay: £16.80 per hour

What we're looking for:

Solid HR Advisory experience with a strong background in ER case management

Confident handling sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion

Able to hit the ground running in a busy environment
