A successful HR Advisor (Temp) should have:
A solid understanding of Human Resources processes and best practices.
Experience in administrative or HR-related roles, preferably in Leisure, Travel & Tourism.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.

An hourly rate of approximately £16.20 to £19.80, depending on experience.
