The HR Advisor (Temp) will provide essential support in the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering smooth operations.

Description

Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and document management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview scheduling.

Provide first-line support for employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless experience.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.

A successful HR Advisor (Temp) should have:

A solid understanding of Human Resources processes and best practices.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.

An hourly rate of approximately £16.20 to £19.80, depending on experience.
