About Us
We are a family company carrying out Electrical works for housing associations, property management companies, estate agents and landlords across North and central London. Sometimes we need to do Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and for that we need someone who is qualified to do EICRs.
We are looking for a reliable self-employed electrician who is looking for regular, ongoing work.
The Role
You will be carrying out domestic and industrial electrical works at residential properties or commercial properties like shops and offices in North and Central London. Jobs are booked and organised by our office, allowing you to focus on completing works and providing a professional service.
Responsibilities
Carry out domestic EICRs in accordance with BS 7671. Complete digital EICR certificates accurately. Identify and record any remedial works required. Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords and clients. Arrive on time and provide excellent customer service. Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent preferred). Full UK driving licence. Own van, tools and testing equipment. Experience carrying out domestic EICRs. What We Offer
