PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & LETTINGS SUPPORT – EDINBURGH
Edin Taylor Develop Ltd is looking for a reliable and practical person to assist with the running and upkeep of a growing residential property portfolio across Edinburgh.
This is a hands-on self-employed role which would suit:
Semi-retired tradesman
Handyman
Caretaker
Maintenance worker
Someone practical looking for consistent ongoing work
Main duties include:
Property inspections
Basic handyman tasks
Furniture assembly
Garden maintenance
Meeting tradespeople for access
Preparing properties between tenants
Conducting simple property viewings
Tenant onboarding/key handovers
Approx. 75 hours per month
£1,500 fixed monthly retainer
Vehicle provided
Fuel reimbursed
