Description
Small property management company looking for a reliable and proactive individual to assist with property visits and on-site tasks.
This is a flexible, on-demand role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
What you’ll be doing:
Visiting properties as required
Dealing with tenants in a professional manner
Letting in contractors
Carrying out basic property checks
Reporting issues with photos/videos
What you need:
Full UK motorcycle licence (motorway riding required)
Confident rider (city and longer distance travel)
Some experience in property, maintenance, lettings, or similar
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Good communication skills
