Plumber Required - Reactive Property Maintenance

We are an established family-run property lettings business looking to build an ongoing working relationship with a reliable, experienced plumber to undertake reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance across our rental properties.

Work will be offered on an as-required basis, depending on maintenance requirements across our properties. This in not an employed position and there are no fixed or guaranteed hours. We are looking for a self-employed plumber who we can contact when plumbing work arises.

Typical work may include:

Repairing and replacing taps
Toilet repairs, including flush mechanisms, fill valves and leaks
Sink and basin repairs
Repairing/replacing leaking pipework
Diagnosing and resolving general plumbing issues
New bathroom installations

Gas Safe registration is not required, as the work is not gas-related.

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced and competent in general plumbing repairs
Reliable and responsive when maintenance issues arise
Professional when dealing with tenants
Self-employed and able to provide invoices for work completed (Electronic or Paper)
Equipped with their own tools and vehicle
Able to provide clear and reasonable pricing for work undertaken

The volume and frequency of work will vary, but our aim is to establish a long term working relationship with a dependable local plumber who we can use regularly as maintenance requirements arise.
