Description
We have an immediate start available for a Plant Operator in Reading. Working at a busy development site in Reading Town Centre, you will operate Forward Tipping Dumpers or Telehandlers to transport materials safely. All candidates must possess valid eligibility credentials and have the right to work in the UK. If you are interested and ready for an immediate start, please apply today!
Key Duties:
- Operate Forward Tipping Dumpers or Telehandlers safely across changing site terrain.
- Transport, load, and unload building materials, mortar, and aggregate.
- Perform daily vehicle pre-use safety inspection checklists, logging fluid levels.
- Follow site speed limits and work closely with ground teams and banksmen.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card for Dumper or Telehandler operations.
- Safety-critical medical certificate (fit to operate construction plant).
- Minimum 12 months of active site experience operating plant machinery.
- Right to work in the UK (with standard vetting documentation ready).
