Multi Trader – Construction & Property Refurbishment

Location: East London

Salary: Competitive – based on experience £160-£180 per day

The Role

As a Multi Trader, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of building and maintenance tasks across different properties. Projects will include refurbishments, repairs, and all-round building works.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

General carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, tiling, and basic electrical work
Refurbishing kitchens, bathrooms, and interiors
Diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues
Working independently or as part of a small team
Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards and company quality expectations

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar construction/maintenance role
Strong all-round building skills
Own tools and a valid driving licence and van (preferred)
Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail.
