About the Role We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team on a self-employed (CIS) basis.

Positions available:

Labourers (rates dependent on experience and skill level) Painters & Decorators Multi-Traders Immediate start on a commercial project in Central London, with ongoing work across multiple sites.

About Us We are a construction and design company working across Central London and Surrey.

Our work includes:

Commercial strip-outs and full internal fit-outs (offices & high-end rental apartments) High-end residential projects (extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments, landscaping) We deliver projects from design through to completion, maintaining a high level of detail and finish.

Our Standards We expect:

High-quality workmanship Clean and organised working Professional conduct, particularly in high-end environments Requirements CIS registered (essential) Reliable and punctual Previous experience in your trade Ability to work as part of a team Own tools (for trades) CSCS card (preferred / required if applicable) Rates Labourers: £120–£140/day depending on experience and skill set Trades / Multi-traders: £160–£220+ /day (depending on experience)
