About Us

We are an established, independent property inventory company operating across London. Due to an increase in volume, we are looking for a reliable, highly professional, and experienced Freelance Inventory Clerk to join our network on a part-time basis, covering bookings across South West London.

The Role

You will be responsible for attending residential properties to compile highly accurate property reports.

Conducting comprehensive Inventory & Schedule of Conditions, Check-ins, Check-outs, and Interim visits. Documenting the condition and cleanliness of properties using high-quality digital photography and clear descriptive text. Testing smoke/carbon monoxide alarms and recording utility meter readings. Managing your own diary to ensure prompt arrival at scheduled property appointments. What We Are Looking For

Proven Experience: You must have solid, referenceable experience working as a property inventory clerk. You know exactly what constitutes "fair wear and tear" versus tenant damage. Tech Savvy: Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience using InventoryBase software. Attention to Detail: Meticulous observation skills and excellent written English. Equipment & Transport: You must have your own reliable smartphone/tablet (with a good camera) and a dependable method of transport to move quickly between South West London postcodes. Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and comfortable interacting professionally with letting agents, landlords, and tenants. What We Offer
