GENERAL BUILDER & LABOURER WANTED – FULL TIME SUBCONTRACTORS

We are looking for 2 full-time subcontractors to join our small building team on an ongoing basis.

Please note: these are subcontractor positions, not employed PAYE roles.

We are looking for:

1 x General Builder – must have good all-round building experience and be able to work to a high standard.
1 x Labourer – experience preferred, although we would consider someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn and progress.

We are a domestic building contractor carrying out a wide variety of work, so both roles will be varied.

We are looking for people who are:

Hard working with a good work ethic
Reliable and dependable
Friendly and happy talking to customers
Proud of their work and able to maintain a high standard
Keen to learn, improve and progress
Happy working as part of a small team
No smoking or swearing onsite.

Requirements:

Must be self-employed / work on a subcontractor basis
Must be able to drive and have own vehicle.
Must be able to get to CB23 by 7:30am each morning
Looking for people available full time / on an ongoing basis
Pay/rate to be discussed depending on experience, ability and tools owned

There is good potential for regular ongoing work and progression for the right people.
