Looking for a Qualified Electrician for House Conversion & Refurbishment 🔧
I am seeking an experienced and certified electrician to carry out electrical work as part of a house conversion and full refurbishment project.
Required:
Experience with rewires, extensions, and renovation projects
Ability to upgrade consumer units and ensure full compliance with current regulations
Certification (Part P/NICEIC or equivalent)
Reliable, tidy, and able to work to schedule
Project Includes:
Electrical installation for new layouts
Lighting design and fitting
Socket and switch relocation / Installation
Safety checks and certification
