Description
Seeking an experienced CSCS Construction Supervisor for an immediate start in Sheffield. Based at a major redevelopment site in Crookes, you will supervise subcontractor trade teams and monitor daily safety standards. Key Duties:
- Supervise daily site activities of subcontractors, trades, and site labourers.
- Conduct daily tool box talks, site inductions, and morning safety briefings.
- Monitor construction progress against schedules, reporting issues to the project manager.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly enforced, logging permit registers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid Gold CSCS Supervisor Card (NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Construction Supervision).
- SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme) or SMSTS certification.
- Valid First Aid at Work (3-day) certificate.
- Outstanding communication, delegation, and safety leadership skills.
