About the Role

COOPER SAQS (UK) LTD is looking for a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee our real estate portfolio and building completion projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of residential and commercial property developments, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Plan and coordinate construction projects from initial design through to completion and handover. Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Budgeting & Finance: Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with the £36,600+ salary benchmarks and overall company profitability. Site Management: Oversee building completion and finishing works to ensure high-quality aesthetics and structural integrity. Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to UK Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and environmental standards. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for real estate agencies and property management teams. Requirements (SOC 2455 Criteria)

A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Proven experience in managing building finishing and real estate projects. Strong understanding of project management software and UK planning laws. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts. How to Apply
