Description

Casual labourer wanted to assist business owner on a day-to-day basis within a small specialised company.

Approx. 3-5 days per week between March & October - potential job progression beyond that for the right candidate.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Loading & unloading of van.
Setting up and packing down jobs.
Paint mixing.
Cleaning & low-level machinery maintenance.
Some lifting, shoveling and barrowing involved from time to time.
Early morning starts (average 6am) and travel to and from jobs (you will be picked up).

To apply, you must:

Be totally reliable and able to commit for the full initial period of 6-7 months.
Live in, or close to, Hackney Central for early morning pickup.
OK with early morning starts and travel.
Legal to work in the UK with a good level of English language.
Fit with good stamina and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to learn on the job and follow instructions clearly.
Any experience with power tools an advantage.
Over 25yrs with a clean current driving license an advantage.
NO TIME WASTERS

General Outline:

You will be self-employed in this role (I can help you set up if need be).
£120 per day, paid weekly each Friday eve.
3 week trial period.
References required.
3-5 days per week, March to October.
There may be an opportunity for the right person to stay on and progress.
