MCS Contract Services is a growing London-based property maintenance and cleaning company, and we're looking for a competent, experienced Handyman or Handywoman to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. If you're skilled with your hands, take pride in your work, and want steady local work with a friendly team — this could be the role for you.
💷 The Details
£140 per day — paid monthly directly into your bank account
16–30 hours per week with flexible working days
Choice of PAYE or self-employed — whichever suits you
Company vehicle provided (occasional use of your own vehicle may be required, with all costs covered by MCS)
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing
Painting and decorating across residential and commercial properties — including preparation, application, and finishing
General handyman tasks: door hanging, dry lining, shelving, and similar works
Working independently on site and as part of the wider MCS team
Representing MCS professionally with clients at all times
✅ What We Need From You
Based locally to N19, North London — essential
Full, valid UK driving licence — essential
Your own tools (brushes, drill, screwdrivers, etc.) — essential
Proven experience in painting & decorating (residential and commercial)
Solid general handyman skills across a range of tasks
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
Good level of spoken English
