Toyota Celica 2005 T-Sport, VVTL-i, 2ZZ-GE, Thunder Grey, 120k miles

Description

Toyota Celica T-Sport (2005) in Thunder Grey. The one with the sought after 2ZZ-GE engine. I've owned this car since 2019, it's been incredibly reliable and very good fun to drive. The revvy engine is an absolute blast revving up to 8250rpm.

Bodywork is decent, it cleans up well, has plenty of stone chips and little scrapes but looks well when cleaned. I recommend having realistic expectations if coming to view it, it is a 21 year old car after all. 😀

Car has had oil changes regularly ever 12 months, around 3,000 miles done per year in my ownership. Always warmed up to temp before any lift usage!

Car is on a set of GT alloys wheels, they're crying out for a refurb but are quite hard wheels to come by (4 good tyres, 2 Uniroyal rain sport 5s on the front and a Michelin and Bridgestone on the back) it'll come with 2 spare wheels, a T Sport 17" alloy with a good tyre and a 5th GT alloy with a bald tyre.

Car has had a secondary air injection delete by a previous owner, this is a common mod on these engines but it does unfortunately trigger a check engine light from time to time, code P410/P410P. It doesn't affect the drive and always goes through it's MOT/emissions as long as the engine light isn't on for the test.

* 6*9 speakers in the rear parcel shelf, but I have a spare shelf without any holes cut in it to go with the car too.
* Leather seats, fronts in excellent condition for mileage, rears a bit worn but still presentable.
* Recent clutch (around 10k miles ago)
* All new front suspension, shocks, springs, drop links, front suspension arms (with Super Pro polybushes) (fitted December 25)
* New rear shock absorbers, coil springs and drop links (fitted December 25)
* Recent front and rear discs and pads
* Back box a couple of years ago
* Ice cold air con, regassed last year
* Recent battery, wiper blades, rubber boot seal and loads of other bits and bobs, receipts for everything included in the documentation for the car.

There's some other bits and pieces, far too much to list really. I'm happy to answer any genuine enquiries, car will be insured and taxed until the end of the month. If you want me to demonstrate lift working you'll have to come quickly as after then it will be SORN.
