Toyota Auris 2008 – Reliable & Economical

Reliable and economical Toyota Auris, ideal as a cheap runaround, first car, or small project.
Recent MOT with only light advisories. Starts and drives well and is used occasionally.

Known issues :

Minor oil leak underneath engine – oil topped up occasionally

Check engine light is on (car recently driven from Bedfordshire to Manchester without issue)

Airbag warning light comes on intermittently

Front wheels would benefit from alignment

Would benefit from a service (oil & filters)

Cosmetic scratches on both rear doors

Small mark/chip on windscreen (does not affect visibility)

Despite the above, the car passed its MOT recently and remains a solid, reliable model with cheap running costs.

Only selling due to receiving a company car — otherwise I’d be keeping it.
