1994 Toyota Celica GT-Four ST205

Description

In good order mechanically but the body and paintwork could do with some attention, see photos. The A/C needs re-gassing I think. MOT valid until May 2026.
I've owned it for 13 years and put 27k miles on it in that time. Used it as main car for about half the time I owned it, but still typically less than 5k miles per year. Has been an occasional use car since then. Always reliable.

177560 on odometer, imported from Japan in 2003. Unknown exactly when the odometer was changed from km to miles, the true mileage will be somewhere between 120k and 150k.

Largely standard, I've only modified what's necessary due to parts availability or obvious weakness of an original part. I think this is a complete list, but I'll add to it if I remember something else:
- 17 inch wheels due to limited choice of tyres for the standard 16s. (Bought used, I think they're HRS H286 but not sure.)
- Flexi section of exhaust is stainless (3" I think). The oem one rusted through twice in 10 years and I'd had enough.
- Recaro speed seats. These were an optional extra from the factory and the standard ones weren't very supportive. I think they're on bride brackets.
- Aftermarket charge cooler heat exchanger and pump from gt4-play. Rad was leaking and pump was noisy. OEM can be hard to find but I kept the originals if you want to get them reconditioned.
- Aftermarket alternator. I can give you the original if you want to get it reconditioned.
- Stereo obviously. The OEM speakers failed and were replaced with JBL equivalents. They're fitted into OEM housings so you'd never know.

Timing belt and water pump changed around 160k miles, less than 20k miles ago.

Suspension parts mostly replaced by previous owners and I've not put many miles on the car since then. I did replace the front coil springs at 171k miles (with standard springs).

The car has a huge pile of receipts and servicing history that I inherited and have added to.

Selling only because it rarely gets used and we could do with the space.
