I have managed to remove my wife's shoes from this and it's ready to go.
Premium 20 (5x4) multi compartment wire mesh metal storage rack.

Made from 25 x 25 x 2.5mm mild steel weldmesh on an 8mm round bar frame.

Quite heavy, requires two people to carry.
