Brand new, uninstalled modern white ceramic toilet set leftover from a project. Never fitted, sitting in open boxes.
Model for sizes/specs:
Pan: UKB - 1253B (Open-back design)
Cistern: UKB - 1223B
Includes ceramic pan, matching soft-close seat, and cistern tank with internal flushing mechanisms.
Note: Factory second with a minor, superficial hairline firing mark under the rim. Invisible once installed. Please fully inspect upon collection.
