Jay did a brilliant job. In less than a week him and his team decorated my hall, stairs and landing, spare bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and conservatory. They were helpful with moving items and they cleaned up every day before they left - in fact my house was cleaner when they left than before they arrived. My house is now looking fresh and shiny and I’m proud to call it my home. 100% recommend.

Possibly the least professional tradesman I have come across and wish I hadn't selected him for the works (a small list of relatively simple tasks to be completed in a day). I feel he has left our home in a worse state than when he arrived. Every aspect was well below par - communication (I had to call him to find out when he was arriving), cleanliness (areas were left covered in drill dust, filler and glue drops with drill dust in them now hardened on a windowsill), attention to detail (he tries to do everything too quickly without prepping and planning ahead), time keeping (arrived at 10am on Day 1 and left at 3pm - but still expected to be paid the full day rate). Day 1 didn't go well, but because of issues with fixing window blinds we had to arrange for him to come back the following day to fit. He turned up at 10.50 on day 2 (he did not bother to message me to let me know, I called at 10am to find out when he was arriving) and that was the final straw for us as we were not happy even after Day 1. We decided not to proceed any further with Jay.
I will now be looking for a reputable tradesman to rectify the issues Jay has left and to complete the jobs on the original list that Jay didn't do.
