I’m in the process of selling my house and I had a leaking tap which I needed to fix quickly. Vadim contacted me and was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. He explained what needed to be fixed and was able to help me by purchasing the item which he shared with me before purchasing which I really liked.
When he came over he was professional, very knowledgeable and respected my home. The tap is fixed, looks great and I am very happy.
Thank you so much for fixing the issue quickly and being not only professional but kind to me as a nervous customer who has had negative experiences before. I really appreciate your workmanship! I will definitely use this company when I buy my new place.

I recently had my bathroom completely stripped out and fully refurbished, and I couldn't be happier with the result. From start to finish, the workmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail really showed in every aspect of the project.
He was reliable, hardworking, and kept me informed throughout the process. The quality of the finish exceeded my expectations, and the bathroom has been transformed into a modern, beautiful space.
The work was completed to a high standard, the area was kept tidy, and any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy bathroom fitter. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!

Vadim is a rare find! a plumber who actually keeps you updated! He spent a lot of time helping me find a compatible shower unit and gave great advice on what to buy. He was flexible with scheduling around my work from home hours and did a great job with the fitting. Highly recommended for his expertise and great communication. Thank you again.
