AVOID. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This place is an absolute disgrace and made both me and my friend feel extremely uncomfortable from start to finish. Nothing about the environment felt professional, safe, or appropriate for a legitimate massage business. After our visit, both of us realised personal belongings had gone missing, which is completely unacceptable. When I raised these concerns, I spoke to someone called JOY/Hong, who said she was the manager/owner. She brushed everything off and showed no interest in taking the situation seriously or resolving it. The same person was involved throughout, and the behaviour we experienced crossed boundaries and left us feeling uneasy and disrespected. We went there for a massage — if we wanted anything else, we would have gone elsewhere. Instead, we were left feeling uncomfortable and treated in a way that was completely inappropriate. Asked me if I wanted to pay £10 for extra service, disgusting. Not even worth £1, the state. There is a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic standards here. I would strongly warn anyone considering this place to stay well away. Update: The owner has replied claiming that no one by this name works there. That is simply not true. When we visited, this woman explicitly claimed to be the owner/manager when we asked to speak to one. She has clearly misrepresented herself, and the attempt to now deny her existence is laughable. This is 100% the same business. We have all checked the photos, the address, and the shop, and I recognise both the premises and most of the staff, who were fine. This particular individual, however, stood out immediately due to her inappropriate, unprofessional, and uncomfortable behaviour. What makes this worse is the owner now trying to distance themselves, despite the fact that we can clearly see on their Facebook page that this woman is connected to the business and is close friends with the owner. There are five of us who were present and can all confirmed this. Denying it does not change the facts. I will not be removing this review. Since posting it, multiple people have come forward to say this woman is known for this type of behaviour in Hull, where she is originally from. Similar things has happened when she worked at other “massage parlours” The behaviour itself was bad enough, but the dishonesty and refusal to take accountability afterward makes it even worse. Don’t worry I have reported this already and hopefully more people will. Disgusting behaviour, and an equally disgusting attempt to cover it up.

Pulled a muscle in my back and so booked a 30min massage. They reduced the pain by about 70%. The masseuse know what they are doing and the price is great!

I visit many Thai massage shops over the country as I work on the road. I parked up after 5 hours driving and had bad pain in my back. They had a short notice booking so I stayed for 90 minutes. This gave the lady 1 hour+ to work on my back problems, but after that (it was painful) i asked for a little relaxation/me time. She laughed and said OK darling, I know what you mean. After over 1 hour of what I can describe as torture, I enjoyed a really soft, gentle and sensual massage which resulted in a very happy and explosive ending. I would recommend to anybody looking for the ultimate massage experience.
