⚠️ Areas to Note / Minor Work Required:
- Front storage box lid is warped and allows water ingress; however, no water has ever entered the main living space
- Canvas is free from holes or tears, but has been professionally repaired in several places previously
- Canvas was treated with Fabsil waterproofer 4 years ago; re-treatment is recommended for maximum protection
- The retaining catches that secure the door to the ceiling when folded away are missing and will need replacing. The door can still be lowered safely and securely by guiding it down in stages
- The 2 left latches do not work and require replacement; the front left latch is missing entirely, with the hole currently covered by duct tape
