Comes with a brand new universal remote
Works perfect, we have just upgraded to a larger screen.
Does not come with a stand as it was previously on a bracket on the wall, bracket not included but we purchased ours from Amazon.
Marks seen on the back are from an LED light strip, does not affect the use and cannot be seen from the front.
