County Antrim
£600
Description
This is a very good we piece of kit for starting out in the hobby, I never got around to fully using it but when I did the views of the moon alone was incredible very clear and with the auto tracking it makes it alot easier then trying to find the planets yourself. Think I used this maybe 4 times and its always been kept in box when not used. Open to trade for metal detector of same value. Smoke and pet free home any questions just ask thx.
The Celestron NexStar 4SE is a compact 102mm (4-inch) Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope featuring the iconic "orange tube" design. It is primarily recognized as a "planet hunter" due to its long focal length and sharp optics, making it excellent for viewing lunar details and the bright planets of our solar system.

Key Features and Performance
Optics: It uses a Maksutov-Cassegrain design with a 1325mm focal length (
), which provides sharp images of the Moon, Jupiter's cloud bands, and Saturn's rings.
GoTo System: The motorized Alt-Azimuth mount includes a database of over 40,000 celestial objects. It uses SkyAlign technology, allowing you to align the scope by simply pointing it at any three bright stars.
Portability: The entire system weighs approximately 10.4 kg (23 lbs) and can be broken down into several compact pieces, making it a popular "grab-and-go" telescope for camping trips.
Imaging: It includes an internal flip mirror for switching between an eyepiece and a camera. While suitable for short-exposure planetary imaging, its slow
ratio makes it difficult for deep-sky astrophotography.
Extras eye pieces Celestron 4mm, Celestron 25mm, Celestron 20mm, Svbony 7-21mm, 5x Barlow.
Filters 4 bark blue, orange, yellow, moon filter.
Phone connector Celestron basic smartphone Adapter 1.25".
