Description
This is a rare bit of kit, that is the only 10" goto dob available on the second hand market in the UK currently.
This is a GOTO Dobsonian, which means you can use this in either manual or automatic mode by calibrating the telescope and then you can select an object from the night sky and the telescope will automatically skew towards the target and continue to track it, keeping it centered in your eyepiece.
As it is a flextube, it is very easy to transport, as the size reduces to fit in any car with ease. The OTA separates from the base, distributing the weight.
Comes with:
- handmade wooden base with wheels, which the skywatcher mount sits on top of for easy movement.
- Paper manual
- Original 9x50 star finder
- Remote control with data catalogue
