Celestron AstroMaster 130EQ-MD Reflector Telescope
Complete kit with motor drive and accessories. Good condition, well looked after, and ideal for beginners or anyone wanting a capable 130mm Newtonian with an EQ mount.

I bought this new in 2018 and only used it a handful of times before storing it carefully in its box in the attic. Everything is included — tripod, EQ mount, counterweight, eyepieces, motor drive, and I’m also including the extra Barlow Moon (x3) lens I bought separately.

Condition
• Overall good used condition
• Two small cosmetic flaws:
• A small piece of the outer black rubber lining on one eyepiece came off while wiping it today
• A small scratch on the telescope tube body (purely cosmetic)
• Optics are in good shape, no issues with the mirrors or focusing

Motor Drive

The motor drive is included.
I never learned how to set it up properly, so I didn’t use it. I stored it safely. The motor still sounds like it works when I switched it on just now but I haven’t tested it to see if it’s actually tracking, so I’m selling it as untested just to be transparent.
