This vintage Lingard green/silver Humpty Dumpty novelty teapot from the 1930s is a charming collectable piece for teapot enthusiasts. There are a few minor condition issues - the underside of the lid has 2 cracks (not visible when the lid is on the pot). The inner rim of the pot has a chip - again, not visible when the lid is in place. There is a small area at the bottom back corner where some of the green glaze is absent - possibly a manufacturing defect. All defects clearly photographed. Otherwise, good vintage condition with hardly any wear to the silver gilding.
