Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding 1:1 role?We are seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil in Year 4 at a welcoming primary school.

The Role

1:1 support in Year 4

Supporting a pupil on a full-time basis

Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team

Based in Hertfordshire / Essex border area

Start: February until end of academic year

Ideal for experienced LSAs confident with 1:1 supportThe School

Small, friendly primary school with a strong community feel

Supportive and collaborative staff team

Ofsted-rated Good, with positive comments on pupil behaviour and leadership

Rural / village setting – own transport may be beneficialCan You Offer

Experience working as a LSA, ideally in KS2

A patient, nurturing and consistent approach

Relevant LSA qualification or equivalent experience
