THE ROLE – Year 3 Teaching Assistant
This Year 3 Teaching Assistant role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning or behavioural needs. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to implement support strategies, help the child access learning, and manage behaviour positively. This role requires someone with patience, consistency, and strong communication skills. You’ll also assist with classroom activities and contribute to the wider learning environment when needed.
