Year 2 Teacher – Liverpool (L10) | Make a Real Difference with Milk Education

Milk Education is looking for a motivated and creative Year 2 Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Liverpool (L10). This is a supportive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

✨ The Role

* Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

* Start Date: March

* Contract: Long-Term

This position is ideal for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to grow their skills in a welcoming, forward-thinking school.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 2 across the Primary Curriculum.

* Support pupils’ academic and personal development through creative teaching.

* Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.

* Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and calmly.

* Collaborate with staff and parents to support pupil success.

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS.

* Strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum, particularly for Key Stage 1.

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

* Creative, reflective, and adaptable approach to teaching.

* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
