We're working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hayes seeking an enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from September 2026.

The Role

Position: Year 2 Teacher

Location: Hayes (UB3)

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term

Salary: Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS)

‍ You'll Be a Great Fit If You...

Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have experience teaching KS1, ideally Year 2

Deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire young learners

Have high expectations and strong behaviour management skills

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Are passionate about helping every child achieve their full potential

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child can succeed

• Assess progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the school
