Wraparound Supervisor (Level 3) - Rugeley John Taylor School

The Supply Register are recruiting on behalf of Rugeley John Taylor School for a Wraparound Supervisor (Level 3) to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to lead the school's wraparound provision for Nursery and Reception-aged children, providing a safe, engaging and nurturing environment before and after the school day.

Role Details

Position: Wraparound Supervisor (Level 3)

Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

7:30am to 9:00am

3:00pm to 6:00pm

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the wraparound provision, supporting a small group of approximately 10 children per session. You will lead activities, ensure children's wellbeing and development are promoted, and provide effective supervision of the Wraparound Play Worker.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the wraparound provision.

Plan and deliver engaging activities suitable for Nursery and Reception children.

Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.

Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.

Maintain high standards of safeguarding, welfare and health & safety.

Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play.

Essential Requirements

Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Experience working with Early Years children.

Understanding of EYFS requirements.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
